The Saudi Prince is Talking On An Assassination on His Life.

 

 

The Saudi royal has expressed concerns to members of Congress about the personal risks involved in pursuing a comprehensive agreement with the U.S. and Israel, including the normalization of Saudi-Israeli relations. He has referenced the fate of Anwar Sadat, the Egyptian leader assassinated after brokering peace with Israel, questioning what support the U.S. provided him. The royal has also highlighted the threats he faces, emphasizing the need for a genuine path to a Palestinian state as a crucial component of any deal, especially in the wake of the recent Gaza conflict which has intensified Arab anger towards Israel.
